Well its been a couple of weeks since i last wrote about the new tackle items that are now in stock! With the tackle companies saving new releases until October/November, there has not been a huge amount of new tackle launched, but the new products that have been launched are well worth looking at!
First off , and pick of the bunch for me, is the Fox Flatliner Bed & Bag. The bedchair, as the name suggests, comprises of the Flatliner bedchair with a built in 3-4 season bag system. The bag has 20% of the bags filling below you while the other 80% is in the upper part of the bag preventing heat loss. The bed has a single leg at the top and bottom making leveling super simple, no more trying to lean over the far side to adjust these supporting legs! Weighing in complete at only 12kg, this bed has already in it's first two weeks proved to be a top seller and loved by carp anglers over the UK. Another product from Fox is the new Fox Baiting Spoon. Priced at only £12.99 the spoon is very good value for money, well made and sturdy, it is sure to provide years of service. The metale handle is finished in a sutttle matt black with diamond milled pattern for a sure grip. The handle is removable so that the spoon can be attached to a long baiting handle or net handle for extra reach.
Drennan International have finally added new products to the E-Sox range of pike gear! After a huge success with the original E-Sox range of pike rods, we now have 3 fantastic lure rods added to the range. Available in three test curves and lengths, these rods look and feel the part. Well that's about it for now, i'm sure that within the next month there will be plenty more products arriving from most of the manufacturer's. I know Abu will have some new 6500 sized reels arriving, and Penn a new multiplier, so keep an eye on this space for further information.
